Good leaders must set up a vision and motivate others. This is one of the most important principles of Christian leadership. In other words, a person trained on Christian leadership principles should not practice leadership that misleads or exploits people.

A perfect example of motivation as the role of a leader is found in Nehemiah 2:17, which explains how Nehemiah fearlessly motivated the people to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. It was Nehemiah’s vision and plan, which he shared with the people, assuring them that God was with them. This is the kind of leadership you’ll learn from our leadership training program.
